01Fourteen days, unused

If you have not downloaded anything with your plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.

02After you have downloaded

Once a schematic or a world has been downloaded, the service has been delivered and the legal withdrawal right no longer applies.

That said, a refund is still granted when the service was broken on our side — downloads failing, files the game refuses to open, a plan that was charged but never opened.

03What is not refunded

A generated building you do not like is not a fault of the service: generating and previewing are free precisely so that you can judge before paying.

Renewals are not refunded retroactively. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next one.

04How to ask

Write to logmarcus59@gmail.com with the e-mail address used at purchase. Requests are answered within a few days.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used.
